What happens when the trial ends?
Your company becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and you can still view, print and export everything. Subscribe and carry on where you left off.
Is our data safe?
Each company's data is separated inside the database, so no company can read another's. Connections are encrypted, every change is recorded, and the data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Owners and administrators can download a full backup at any time.
Does it work in Arabic?
Fully. Each person switches the screens between Arabic and English, and the company chooses the language of its printed documents, with Arabic-Indic digits if you like.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Celvo runs in the browser, on computers and phones.
How do we pay?
By invoice, in Egyptian pounds, monthly or yearly. Write to hello@celvo-tech.com and we will send one.
Can Celvo staff see our data?
No, unless you ask us to look into a problem and allow it. Any such access is read-only and recorded.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Moving to a larger plan or adding users mid-term is charged at the monthly price for the months left, less what you already paid for them.
